Login – Register – Account

  • What are the benefits of creating an account?
  • Advantages of creating an account are numerous: Once connected you will be able to save the articles in your favourites, add or reply to the comments displayed at the bottom of each article, or communicate with the community on the various discussion forums.

  • Nothing happens when I click Login or Register
  • If the modal window (pop-up) does not open when you click on the Login or Register link, please use the alternative login/register page.

  • I did not receive any email from Sweekr
  • The reception of the confirmation email for registration may take a few minutes in some cases so please wait before doing anything. It may be that your email service/provider may have considered this email to be undesirable (spam) so please check if it has not landed in the SPAM box. If so, please mark it as non-spam.

  • How do I complete or modify my profile?
  • If you want to edit or add information to your profile, go directly to your user account.

  • How do I change my password?
  • If you want to edit your password, go to the settings of your user space and click Change Password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it here.

  • How can I delete my account?
  • If you wish to completely delete your profile on sweekr.com, first log in, go to your member area (https://sweekr.com/members/USERNAME), then to Settings > Delete Account. Check the box “I understand the consequences” and click on the “Delete account” button. Be aware that this action is irreversible!

Community – Forum – Comments

  • How can I contact another Sweekr member?
  • If you want to get in touch with another member of the Sweekr community, get to his/her profile by clicking on his/her username or avatar, and click on public message or private message.

  • I have a problem with another member of the community
  • If another member of the Sweekr community disrespected you, insulted you, sent you spam, trolled you on the forum or in comments, or for any other reason, please let us know immediately. After an investigation, we will decide on possible sanctions to be taken (provisional or even final ban). Well, on the other hand, if that member has stolen your boyfriend/girlfriend, we cannot do much for you. We will only consider complaints that have a direct relationship with our site.

Submit an idea – Contact

  • I sent you an idea but it is still not on the site
  • First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your idea. There may, however, be multiple reasons why we have decided not to publish it (please refer to the introduction to the idea submission form). In all cases, we respond systematically and personally to all the ideas submitted to us by indicating the reason for its non-publication if this is the case. If you have not received this email, please let us know.

  • I cannot send you an email
  • If for any reason you cannot contact us via the contact form or idea submission, you can always send us an email by your address

    Please give as many details as possible, ie. what kind of problem you are experiencing.
